Please take the Level Check Quiz and complete the application form to submit your request. You can take up to one hour to complete the quiz. Please do not guess the answer, if you don’t know you can leave the question blank or choose “I don’t know” as a response.

Please understand that for several reasons it might not be possible to place you in your desired time slot. If this is the case, you will have the option to modify your request, be placed on a waiting list, or cancel your submission. For this reason, no payment will be requested until after you’ve been placed in a class.
